How it Works

Bainbridge HeArt & Soul is a unique fired arts studio located a quick ferry ride away from Seattle to downtown Winslow, Bainbridge Island. We are a quaint art studio offering a wide variety of do-it-yourself painting options including; painting ceramics, canvas painting, fused glass choices, mosaics and multi-media collage.

Drop in anytime during business hours to get creative! A $5 studio fee covers your studio time for the day while you choose your creative projects to work on. All firing, grouting and finish work of your projects are taken care of, and available for pick up within five days. Shipping of finished artwork is available upon request- shipping fees will apply.

Art Mediums Offered:

The following Art projects completed may be taken the day of your experience:

  • Mosaics

  • Pottery painted with acrylic paints

  • Glass Painting with Enamels

  • Pottery pieces painted with glaze that you would like to fire elsewhere

  • Clay pieces that you would like to fire elsewhere or let air dry

Other seasonal art mediums offered for “hands-on” experiences during the year for holiday events, kids art enrichment classes, school break camps and summer camps are:

  • Sand art

  • Watercolors

  • Chalk/Pastels

  • Papier Mache

  • Decoupage

  • Encaustic Painting

  • Candle Making

  • Holiday Wreath Making

  • Paint your own t-shirts and aprons

Kiln firing – Please allow 4-5 days for kiln firing of:

  • Fused Glass Projects

  • Pottery painted with glaze

Fees

  • Only $5 studio fee, per person, for the entire day. This includes all your supplies, all finish work, and kiln firing of ceramics and fused glass.

  • Memberships-Save Money $! Purchase an individual or family membership for unlimited studio time for an entire year, plus save 15% off adult special events, all classes, special events, kid’s art camps and kids’ nights out.

  • Individual membership only $75.  Family membership only $175 (immediate family members)

  • Gift certificates are also available all-year-round for birthdays, showers, housewarming, new baby, stocking stuffers and for other thoughtful gifts.
