Kids and Adult Parties!!
Bainbridge HeArt & Soul is ready for partiers who want to have a great time celebrating and creating together! Choose your theme, pick your art medium and prepare to have fun! You can bring any food, drinks and decorations you’d like, and Bainbridge HeArt & Soul will provide a party host who will set up, provide instruction and best of all, do all the party clean up afterwards. Relax, kick-back and enjoy your party for a change!
Kid’s Parties
Our In-store Kids Party Package Includes:
- A private table in the “Party Room” and use of outside gazebo/grass area for outside play afterwards- up to 1.5- 2 hour time-slots. (Use your judgement when determining the time frame for your party- consider younger kiddos that have shorter attention spans.)
- For Kids turning 5-17 years old
- Art project for party. Choose (1) below:
- Up to $18 pottery painting pieces from party shelf.
- Up to $18 Mosaic frame, plaque or trivet.
- Fused glass sun catcher (4×4 size) For kids 8+ yrs. (*If projects exceeds $18, we will just add the overage charge to your tab.)
- A personal party host to give instructions for art project.
- Set up and clean up
- Complimentary birthday plate (made especially for the party person with guest names- in remembrance of your special day!)
Party Hosts may bring in:
- Balloons and/or table decorations
- Food and drinks (frozen ok)
- Napkins, utensils for eating
- Games
Party Pricing:
$225.00 min. for up to 9 guests. You may add additional guests up to 20 @ $23 per person.
*Parties are a parent drop-off event for guest parents. Please limit additional helpers (other than party hosts) to 1-2 adults.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be collected in advance to reserve the party space and then applied to the 20% party service charge that will be added to the total bill at check out.

Adult Parties
Let us help you schedule and plan an Adult Party Event!
We take care of the art prep, materials, instruction, set up, and the clean up, so you can enjoy the festivities.
Party events are paid by the party planner and the pricing per person is based on the number of people attending and the type of art activity you wish to choose. Pricing starts at $65 per person and includes the use of our private party space. We require a $275 party minimum for up to 2.5 hrs. All attendees will be calculated into the event pricing whether they participate or not. Maximum guests: 40-45
You may choose 1 of the following art offerings for your group:
(*For the guided events, we will help you choose a project for your group from our “Seasonal Choices” unless otherwise discussed prior to your events)
- *Guided Fused glass up to 20-25 guests (additional pricing can vary by project size and additional firing options)
- *Guided Group canvas painting- up to 45 guests (any size canvas applies)
- Pottery painting up to 45 guests (Guests may choose from our large selection of pottery pieces up to $40)
Payments and Terms:
- Deposit- A $100 deposit is required to secure your event date and 50% of the deposit will be applied to your final tab at check-out.
- Half of your full payment will be collected in advance, once we decide on the specifics of your project and event details (for ordering, planning and prepping of your activity.)
- Full payment will be charge to your card on file one week in advance of the party, when number of guests are confirmed.
- Terms– There are no refunds or credits provided for “no shows” but we will box up the materials for your guests to complete at home (and they can return to us for firing, if necessary.)
Additional Information:
You have the freedom to bring your own snacks, food and drinks in. Please remind us if you have decided to serve food or beverages and we will set up an area for this.
